The story of how Global Placements began connecting educators with opportunities across borders.

Every great journey begins with a small step. For Global Placements, that step came in 1995, when the Ministry of Education, Ethiopia, sought qualified teaching professionals from India.

What began as a single faculty recruitment opportunity soon became the foundation of something much bigger. With a clear understanding of academic requirements and a commitment to finding the right educators, Global Placements helped connect Indian faculty with institutions in Ethiopia.

Word of our work travelled. In 1995, Eritrea opened another chapter in our journey through a collaboration with the University of Asmara.

By 1998, our reach had extended to the Ministry of Education, Maldives, helping address the growing need for qualified school teachers across its islands.

Years later, in 2019, a meeting with a university leader in Zambia opened yet another door for international faculty recruitment.
